Job Description

• Inventory Management:
• Regularly receive, monitor, and update inventory levels.
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
• Collaborate with your team lead to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Other duties incidental to Inventory Management until the organization grows to the extent of hiring a separate person to undertake this position.
• Business Management:
• Analyze business performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the team lead to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Send daily, weekly and/or monthly reports to the Team lead.
• Manage customer relationships at the founder’s level.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Engage with the online community to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor social media analytics and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
• Other duties incidental to Social Media Management until the organization grows to the extent of hiring a separate person to undertake this position.
• Act as the face of the business.
• Growth Duties:
• Drive business growth through innovative initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and partners.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Supervisory Role.
• Supervise other staff that the business may hire to ensure that they perform optimally in their positions.
• Fill in for other staff members that the business may hire should they be away or absent for some time.
• Hire or fire new team members.
• Other duties incidental to this duty.
• Develop SOPs for this role and other staff roles using existing templates.
• Resolve escalated customer service issues.
• Supervise the interior designers of the shop space.
