Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Verification / Recovery Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and recovering overdue payments from our clients. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure all outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting verification calls to customers regarding their outstanding payments
- Negotiating repayment plans and schedules
- Monitoring and tracking payment collections
- Analyzing payment patterns and identifying potential issues
- Maintaining accurate records of all payment transactions
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also crucial for success in this role.
