Job Description
Apex Packaging Limited, a new recruiting and technology organization in Nigeria, is currently hiring for the position of Call Centre Representative (NYSC / AD-hoc) Staff.
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
- Create spreadsheets to document information and feedback. Write monthly reports.
- Have experience and knowledge in email marketing and social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Business research and insights to increase client base and service reach.
- Be in contact with new clients as the face of the company.
Requirements:
- This is primarily a remote position but may require physical presence as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate and convince clients about our products.
- Availability to attend a one-day physical training session.
- Additional commission incentive apart from the basic salary.
