Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluating their products and services
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
- Preparing purchase orders, request for proposals, and other procurement documents
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical and negotiation skills. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
