Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lekki for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing the agency department and ensuring that its operations run smoothly. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of local property market trends
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Professional certification in the real estate industry is a plus
