Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Customer Service Officer. As a Restaurant Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Your primary role will be to greet and assist customers, take their orders, and ensure a smooth dining experience. You will handle phone calls, manage reservations, and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
