Job Description
The role of a Business Development Manager is to identify, explore, and establish new business opportunities for Salescraft Properties. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and analyzing market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand the company’s customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies to promote products or services.
This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
