Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the human resources functions of our company. As an HR Officer, you will work closely with our outsourced HR service provider to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, such as screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Supporting the onboarding process by facilitating orientation programs and training sessions
- Maintaining employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
- Coordinating employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
- Managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of human resources principles and be familiar with HR software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
