Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects and providing guidance to our development team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers
- Design and code complex system components
- Ensure the overall technical quality of project deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
- Review and provide feedback on technical architecture and design
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
