Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Policy Advocacy & Stakeholder Engagement Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective policies and strategies to advocate for our organization’s mission and goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups, to build relationships and foster partnerships.
Your main duties will include conducting research and analysis on current policies, identifying opportunities for advocacy, and formulating policy recommendations. You will also lead public relations efforts, coordinate events and campaigns, and represent our organization in meetings and conferences.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of policy development processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to effectively engage with stakeholders to build consensus and drive positive change.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of [X] years of experience in policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement, preferably in [industry/sector]. A degree in public policy, political science, or a related field is strongly desirable.
