Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head, Sales & Marketing Manager. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive business growth and expand market share
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans and campaigns
- Identify new market opportunities and conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar sales and marketing leadership role
- Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
