As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a vital role in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism. You should also be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes
