Job Description

Location: Lekki

Salary range: N50,00

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 2 days off. 9am-9pm.

Position Overview:

Our client, West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE), is looking for an Ice-Cream Handler/Sales Representative. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, promoting our delicious ice cream products, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be able craft ice cream and willing to learn
  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Provide detailed information about ice cream flavours, toppings, and specials to help customers make informed choices.
  • Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate cash registers and handle transactions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the serving counter and dining area.
  • Monitor and restock inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change.
