Job Description

Ø Design and implement sales strategies

Ø Manage all sales operational activities (both corporate and individual) and solutions including: contract document management, contract performance management, contract change management, contract growth/scope management, sub-contractor /partner contract management, supplier standard T&Cs, customer/subcontractor/supplier contract negotiations

Ø Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers

Ø Create demand for the organisation’s products and services by raising its profile with customers

Ø Build strategic relationships within the aviation industry

Ø Drive new sales and leads to execution with a strong focus on long-term contracts

Ø Develop creative and new innovative ways to sell products and attract the right customers

Ø Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share in consultation with the Sales Managers or other team members of respective airlines

Ø Responsible for making commercial contracts, agreements, and activities within the aviation industry

Ø Monitor and analyze individual airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions

Ø Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with industry best practices. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed

Ø Manage the territory budget preparation process, to ensure sales and revenue opportunities are maximized

Ø Determine growth opportunities to ensure effective sales and market coverage.

Ø Research and report on factors influencing business performance;

Ø Keep abreast of changes in aviation regulations and legislation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₦200,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
