Job Description
An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and creative Interior Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Interior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for transforming spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative environments. Your primary focus will be on designing interior architectural elements, creating 3D visualizations, selecting materials and finishes, and developing detailed construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create compelling interior architectural designs that align with clients’ vision and meet industry standards.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction purposes.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to develop 2D and 3D visualizations.
- Research and source materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that are suitable for each project.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in interior architectural design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Interior Architectural Designer.
- Proficient in using industry-standard design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong eye for detail and spatial awareness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
