Job Description
Our client, Growthcode.ng, a real estate company, provides affordable housing for middle income earners without compromising on quality.
Purpose
Creating designs for new construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments. Utilizing specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Designing – Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Approvals – Working closely with the legal department to obtain building approvals.
- Regular visits to building sites, proposed locations, and client meetings.
- Manage and supervise construction sites alongside Quantity Surveyor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of MSc Architecture.
- Nigerian Institute of Architects Certification.
- Health & Safety Certification.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience.

- Remuneration – N400,00 per month.
