Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor specializing in Compensation & Benefits to join our team. As the HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization’s compensation and benefits programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Conducting analysis and market research to benchmark compensation and benefits
- Designing and delivering training programs to educate employees on compensation and benefits topics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with the overall HR and business objectives
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, including experience in a supervisory role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are also essential for this position.
