Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with offices located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position of Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer.

Job Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Profile:

• QA/QC Officer ensures that products meet quality standards.
• They measure and weigh products, examine samples, and carry out tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to the production supervisor.
• Maintain measurement equipment operation by following operating instructions, calling for repairs when necessary.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, confirming re-work.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, inputting data into quality database.
• Accomplish quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc in relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an ‘inspection’ role within a busy facility management company.
• Knowledge of Standards of Nigeria (SON) in an Engineering environment.
• Excellent oral and written skills in the English language.
• Computer literate with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work on own initiative and without supervision.
• Be a team player.

Salary: N80,00 – N90,00 monthly.
