Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Mall Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shopping mall. As a Mall Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the mall, ensuring its profitability and meeting customer satisfaction goals.
Your key responsibilities will include managing tenant relationships, monitoring and analyzing sales data, coordinating marketing initiatives, and implementing operational policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure the mall’s compliance with safety guidelines and cleanliness standards.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in retail management. You should also possess a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
- Manage the overall performance and profitability of the shopping mall
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
