Job Description
As a Listing Agent, you will play a vital role in our real estate company. Your main responsibility will be to list and market residential properties for sale. You will collaborate with homeowners to gather accurate property information and take high-quality photographs for listing purposes. Additionally, you will create compelling property descriptions and promote listings through various marketing channels, including online platforms and print advertisements.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should possess a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and keep up-to-date with market trends. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as you will need to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
