Job Description
A Telesales Agent is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain products or services.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on calls and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
