Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Company/Business Lawyer. As a Company/Business Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to our company and clients regarding business transactions, contracts, compliance, and other related matters.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies, as well as conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be involved in negotiating and resolving legal disputes, representing the company in legal proceedings, and managing legal risks.
The successful candidate must have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with a solid understanding of business operations and legal requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders including clients, colleagues, and external legal advisors.
Key qualifications for this position:
- Law degree from an accredited institution
- Admission to the bar association
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably in a corporate or business law role
- Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate law principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
