Job Description

We are in search of an enthusiastic sales and leasing Representative to contribute by generating sales for our business. This individual will be responsible for closing sales/rental deals with clients by scouting for properties and taking prospective clients on inspections while maintaining good customer relationships. The individual must possess excellent communication, marketing, and general people skills. Additionally, the individual must be proactive, a quick learner of the business products and services, and be able to market them to prospects in an intelligent, polite, and assertive manner, as well as handling complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Scout for properties in given areas/regions
• Be up to date with product details in order to close sales
• Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer questions about products or services and ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Take prospects on inspections
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls, sales, and useful information

Required skills:

• Proven experience or passion for marketing or other sales/customer service roles
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
• Ability to learn quickly about products and services and describe them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great marketing and sales skills; preferably, one who has had experience with marketing
• Cool-tempered with a soothing voice and able to handle rejection
• Educational qualification: minimum of OND

Salary: ₦50,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
