What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role and previous experience as a Business Development Officer in a related industry.
- Proficient in integrated business management and CRM software, including ProWorkflow and SalesForce.
- Competency in researching sales leads, presenting proposals, and negotiating deals.
- Results-driven experience in a tech company or fast-paced organization would be a bonus.
- Strong communication skills.
What a typical day would be like:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine the sales strategy.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with existing clients to discuss their needs and gather feedback.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and networking events to build industry relationships and explore partnership opportunities.
- Engage with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and share market insights.
- Prepare and customize proposals based on client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, software trends, and business development strategies.
