Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring their success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
• Develop event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, such as venues, caterers, and equipment rental companies.
• Coordinate event setup, including arranging decorations, seating, and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage event schedules and ensure all activities run smoothly.
• Oversee event registration, including ticket sales and attendee management.
