Job Description
As a Facility Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and maintenance of our facilities. Your main duties will include coordinating and supervising the cleaning and maintenance activities, managing repairs and renovations, and overseeing security measures.
You will collaborate with different departments to ensure that the facilities meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions, and maintaining inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of facility management principles, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
