Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process and managing a team of recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and present qualified candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through various channels
- Conducting thorough background checks and reference checks on potential hires
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
