Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Professional to join our team. As a Primary Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing primary healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and medical history reviews
- Perform physical examinations and provide appropriate treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and educate patients on their proper usage
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- Valid certification and license to practice as a Primary Care Professional
- Strong knowledge of primary care principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
