Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head, Internal Audit and Control at Distritech Distribution System. This role is vital in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal audit processes and controls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and risk management, with a proven track record of providing strategic guidance to audit teams. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal audits, including planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and strategies
- Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct internal audits
- Evaluate and enhance internal control systems and procedures
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor audit findings and ensure timely resolution of issues
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They must have the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
