Job Description
Position Summary, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and specialised computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Manage project constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
- Work closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
- Specify requirements for a project.
- Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any construction-related problems.
- Size measurement and project coordination.
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client’s complaints.
- Enforce compliance to safety rules by workers on site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
