Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Travel Consultant (Ticketing) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, with a specific focus on ticketing services.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting travelers with their ticketing needs, including reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ticketing policies, procedures, and industry trends
- Collaborate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations based on their travel preferences
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, with expertise in ticketing
- Proficient in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
