Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring a fair and consistent resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement through effective communication and initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance-related matters.
- HR Administration:
- Manage and maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle employee documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and other HR-related correspondence.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies across the organization.
- Legal Compliance:
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization’s compliance.
- Advise management on legal and regulatory matters related to HR.
- Employee Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
