Job Description

Our client, who’s in the fashion industry, is looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant, who can manage schedules, communicate effectively, and be computer literate.

Position: Executive Assistant to CEO (Fashion Industry)

Location: West Africa

Salary: N200,00

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize communication, ensuring timely responses and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring successful completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc degree.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus.
