Job Description
The Experience Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of our Experience Center, ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a memorable brand experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated staff, training them on product knowledge and providing them with the necessary tools to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer feedback to continuously improve our services.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Experience Center
- Train and develop staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and implement necessary improvements
- Coordinate with marketing department to create engaging brand experiences
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
