Job Description
Kloverharris Limited is a Human resource/IT Consulting company that provides high quality services to businesses across Africa. We are recruiting to fill the position of Human Resource Officer located in Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing job descriptions, interviewing, shortlisting, recruiting, and staffing
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, and other HR policies
- Handling staff complaints, grievances, and implementing disciplinary action
- Working closely with other departments to ensure policy compliance
- Liaising with heads of other departments to ensure experienced staff members are employed
- Ensuring safety in the workplace
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure regular staff training
- Overseeing staff welfare
Education and Qualifications:
- BSc in Human Resources or any social science course
- Certification in CIPM will be an added advantage
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor law and ensuring compliance with payroll management
- Ability to perform administrative duties
