Job Description

Kloverharris Limited is a Human resource/IT Consulting company that provides high quality services to businesses across Africa. We are recruiting to fill the position of Human Resource Officer located in Lagos. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, interviewing, shortlisting, recruiting, and staffing
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, and other HR policies
  • Handling staff complaints, grievances, and implementing disciplinary action
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure policy compliance
  • Liaising with heads of other departments to ensure experienced staff members are employed
  • Ensuring safety in the workplace
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure regular staff training
  • Overseeing staff welfare

Education and Qualifications:

  • BSc in Human Resources or any social science course
  • Certification in CIPM will be an added advantage

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor law and ensuring compliance with payroll management
  • Ability to perform administrative duties
