We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Underwriting Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Underwriting Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the underwriting process within our organization.

Your primary role will involve leading a team of underwriters, guiding them in evaluating and assessing risks associated with insurance applications. You will review underwriting decisions and provide feedback to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments, such as sales and claims, to foster effective communication and streamline the underwriting workflow.
