Job Description

Overview:

As a Recruitment Specialist at GLOBAL PROFILERS, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients across various industries. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to delivering high-quality candidates. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning:
  • Work closely with clients to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with their organizational goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Communicate effectively to keep candidates informed about their application status.
  • Collaboration with Team:
  • Collaborate with other members of the recruitment team to share best practices, market insights, and client-specific requirements.
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing overall recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering quality talent solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦50,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

  • Lagos: Relocate before starting work (Required)
