Job Description
A distinguished restaurant situated in Lekki, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
- Supervise and motivate the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the inventory levels of all materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist the operations manager in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, bar, and restrooms.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦70,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month
