Job Description

A distinguished restaurant situated in Lekki, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
  • Supervise and motivate the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, to maintain high standards of service.
  • Monitor and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor the inventory levels of all materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist the operations manager in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, bar, and restrooms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦70,00.00 – ₦90,00.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

  • Lekki (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Lekki: Relocate before starting work (Required)
