Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR/Admin Manager to join our team. As the HR/Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative activities within the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Conducting employee orientation and training programs.
  • Coordinating performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Overseeing the administrative functions of the company.
  • Managing office supplies and facilities.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
