Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our organization’s technology infrastructure. Your role will involve developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems, and providing technical support to our staff.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in IT management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You should also be familiar with a variety of technologies and have a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Identify and address IT-related risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
