Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Inventory Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s inventory of IT equipment and assets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the procurement process for IT equipment and ensuring the timely delivery of orders.
- Tracking and recording inventory levels and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Managing the disposal or recycling of outdated IT equipment, following proper procedures.
- Collaborating with the IT department to track and assign assets to employees.
- Handling warranty claims and repairs for malfunctioning equipment.
- Preparing reports on inventory status and making recommendations for optimizing inventory levels.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential.
