Job Description

Job Description:
- Responsible for receiving phone calls from enrollees and healthcare providers.
- Providing response to enquiries about the HMO’s services.
- Answering queries and escalating same to the appropriate teams.
- Providing enrollee and healthcare provider support.
- Giving treatment authorization codes to healthcare providers.
Critical Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Experience working in customer service or call centre.
- HND or BSc in a health-related course.
Key Skills:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Strong demonstrable problem-solving skills.
- Fast and open learner.
- Professional attitude to work.
- Time management.
- Ability to work very well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Good use of MS Office suite.
