Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing/Sales Manager to join our team. As the Marketing/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales. You will work closely with the marketing team and sales representatives to identify and target potential customers, create compelling marketing campaigns, and implement effective sales techniques.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services
- Identifying new market opportunities and analyzing customer needs
- Developing and managing marketing campaigns, including online marketing, social media, and advertising
- Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing/Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent understanding of marketing and sales techniques
