Job Description
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our legal team as a Senior Associate Counsel. As a Senior Associate Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal support and strategic advice to the company on a wide range of legal matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing legal advice and guidance on contract negotiations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and other legal issues.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
- Managing legal disputes and participating in the resolution process, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A law degree from a reputable university and a valid license to practice law.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
