Job Description:
Our client, an on-demand alcohol delivery service, that caters to the lovers of fine wines and spirits, is looking to hire an E-commerce Operations Executive to process orders and fulfillments, manage the product platforms, and manage the operations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate and oversee online sales operations for the bar business.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and deliveries.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery processes and minimize shipping costs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum degree of OND
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
