Job Description
Our client, Fadac Resources, is a leading commercial design and construction company committed to shaping the way people live and work in our society. They are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Manager due to expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company.
- Deploy and implement successful marketing campaigns to promote business, products, or services.
- Develop and manage the marketing department’s budget.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the marketing department’s staff.
- Generate new business leads.
Job Requirements:
- BSC in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a marketing manager.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Market & Customer understanding and management.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Products/Services knowledge and application.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
