Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and completing sales transactions. Key responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products/services
• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Actively promoting and selling products to meet sales targets
• Maintaining accurate and updated information on customer accounts
• Handling and resolving customer complaints or concerns
• Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and achieve sales goals

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
