Job Description
We are looking for 10 dedicated Collector Officers to join our team at Bay Creative technologies and services. As a Collector Officer, your main responsibility is to efficiently collect outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Collection: Contact debtors through various means to negotiate and collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiation Skills: Utilize effective negotiation techniques to reach payment agreements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications and agreements with debtors.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed collection targets, including basic salary and commissions.
Qualifications:
- Education: SSCE.
- Experience: Prior debt collection or related experience preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positivity in challenging situations.
- Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: ₦40,00 Monthly
- Commission: Additional earning potential with commissions exceeding ₦15,00 based on performance.
