Job Description
As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will play a vital role in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing architectural designs based on client requirements and specifications
- Creating detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models
- Collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure project feasibility and efficiency
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with design specifications and building codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design and construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
