Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s operations. This includes setting strategic goals, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all departments. The General Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Other key responsibilities include budgeting and financial management, analyzing market trends, and developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.
